By registering, the warranty is extended by 3 years from the standard "5-year warranty from date of shipment (3 years for FOUR series)."

How to Register
The Users Club centrally manages customer order information, provides warranty extensions, and offers after-sales support at appropriate times.
To provide the most optimal support, we recommend joining as soon as possible after your product arrives.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please register for each order.

- Please have the "Product Information Card" attached to the product ready. You will need to register the "Order Number (10 digits)" printed on the card.
- Please scan the QR code printed on the registration form button below or the guide enclosed in the green user's guide to access the registration form.
- Please enter your customer information in the input form that opens.
- Once registration is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to you.Please check the contents.
* For additional orders, the order number will be different, so please register again. If you have any questions, please contact your sales representative.
About the Product Information Card
The Product Information Card is included when shipping CondeHouse's standard products.
However, it may not be included with custom-order products, the Select Furniture A+ series, accessories, or some box-type products.

General Overview
Registration for the Users Club is free of both enrollment and annual fees.
Customers who purchased CondeHouse products shipped from January 2026 onward are eligible. * Please note that display items, vintage, restored, and outlet products are not eligible for the warranty or warranty extension.
This membership is a service for general consumers. We will provide separate guidance for corporate customers.
Registration Methods and Procedures
An order number is required for registration. If you have any questions about the process, please contact your sales representative. Support will be provided from the nearest shop.
You will need the postcard-sized "Quality Display Card" attached to the product at delivery, as well as the purchaser's email address and phone number.
Please enter any other required information in the form.
In principle, we ask that the purchaser themselves register. If a family member is registering on their behalf, please register using the purchaser's information.
There is no deadline for registration, but we recommend registering early to receive optimal support and enjoy your furniture for a long time. Please note that the warranty period begins from the date of shipment, not the date of registration.
Purchase Information and Management
Regardless of the number or type of products, one order number is issued per order, so registration per product is not required. However, different order numbers may be issued for each product in some cases, in which case please register with each order number (in that case, multiple Quality Display Cards will be attached).
Yes, please register. The warranty extension period begins from the date of shipment, and for multiple purchases, the shipment dates and order numbers will differ. Please register for each separate order.
The Users Club covers products shipped from January 2026 onward. Products shipped before that date do not have an order number printed on the Quality Display Card and are therefore not eligible for registration.

About Quality Assurance
A quality warranty system is applied to all CondeHouse brand products and all construction work undertaken by CondeHouse.

(1) Warranty Coverage
CondeHouse products
* Excludes display items, vintage products, and restored products.
(2) Warranty Period
5 years from the date of purchase
* 3 years for the FOUR series.
(3) Warranty Conditions
If damage or malfunction occurs under normal use conditions in accordance with the instructions in the owner's manual or labels attached to the product, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
(4) Exclusions from Warranty
Even within the warranty period, the warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Damage or malfunction caused by delivery or installation deficiencies outside of CondeHouse's management.
- Damage or malfunction caused by natural disasters, fires, explosions, or other accidents.
- Damage or malfunction deemed to be the customer's responsibility.
- Damage or malfunction caused by special environmental conditions such as extreme dryness or humidity, chemical gases, or pollution.
- Damage or malfunction caused by relocation, transportation, or dropping of the product by the customer.
- Wear, mold, deterioration, or discoloration due to aging.
- Consumable parts attached to manufactured products such as light bulbs, lamps, ballasts, as well as upholstery on chairs and cords.
